Overview
Justin Case is the party’s agent. He handles logistics, contracts, scheduling, and preparation. He carries a briefcase. The briefcase always contains exactly what the situation requires.
He is Justin Case. He carries a just-in-case. That’s Justin Case’s just-in-case, which he brings just in case. He has never once acknowledged the recursion.

Always present. Always relevant. Contents unknown until needed. Has produced, among other things:
- Correct documentation at border crossings
- The exact amount of a specific currency at 3 AM
- A spare sewing needle (Asgar was grateful)
- A warranty claim for a weapon one of their assailants was actively holding. Justin handed it over without comment. The assailant read it and left.
- A completed form, in triplicate, for an event that had not happened yet. The date on the form was correct.
- Something described only as “the thing we needed right then”
The briefcase has never been empty.
Story Role
The party’s logistics support. Appears when the party needs something they did not think to bring. His timing is impeccable in the way that only works if he knew what was going to happen. Nobody has asked him about this directly.
